Contact and intake forms: name, email address, and any project details submitted through the Contact page or the Automated Intake & Launchpad, used solely to respond to the enquiry.

Newsletter subscriptions: an email address, stored only for sending the newsletter, removable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Offers and quotation sign-up (the slide-in form): your email address, the topic you choose, whether you asked for a quotation, the page and language you used, a timestamp and a record of your consent.

Basic technical data collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and performance monitoring, never sold or shared with advertisers.

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes for services.

To deliver the newsletter to subscribers who opted in.

To send offers and quotation information to visitors who signed up for them. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to leads@bmaikr.com.

To keep the site secure and operating correctly.

Data collected through this site is intended to be stored on EU-hosted infrastructure, see the EU Trust Center and Data Residency page for the category-by-category detail. Where a workflow uses an external AI provider, that provider’s own data-retention and training terms apply; see AI Data Handling for how we document this per provider.

Offers and quotation sign-ups arrive by email in BMaiKR’s lead mailbox and are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them.

With the offers and quotation sign-up we also record, in the notification email only, the country your visit appears to come from (we do not store your IP address), the first page you visited, the website that referred you, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser's time zone and language, so that we can see which pages generate interest.

This site uses only the minimal cookies required for core functionality (e.g. remembering a cookie-consent choice). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.

The site also keeps a small note in your own browser, never sent to us, recording whether you closed or completed the offers sign-up card, so that it does not keep reappearing.

Under GDPR/AVG, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data BMaiKR holds about you at any time by emailing mail@bmaikr.com.
